I lead UWG’s AI Strategy & Governance. I authored the UWG Working Policy on Artificial Intelligence (May 2025, 20 pages). I designed the compliance framework. I facilitated the four-session 2026 training program with Amilcar Priestley on Legal & Compliance. I run the biweekly governance meetings. I maintain the Approved Tools list, the AI Tagging System, and the Language Watchlist v1.1.

This page is a taste of what I teach — the paradigms, the six uses, the three rules that override everything, the language watchlist, the AGENT framework. Screenshots from my Feb-Mar 2026 training decks are threaded through.

At a glance.

This work isn’t a side-of-desk initiative — it’s the reason I’m the AI Strategy & Governance Lead at UWG. I authored the agency’s first AI policy (May 2025, 20 pages). I co-authored The Human Edge framework (Nov 2025). I designed the 2026 training curriculum and delivered it across 4 sessions. I run biweekly governance meetings. I maintain the Approved Tools list, the AI Tagging System, and the Language Watchlist v1.1.

Partnered with Amilcar Priestley on Legal & Compliance. References: Harvard AGENT framework (Nov 2025), UWG Working Policy on AI (May 2025), The Human Edge framework (Nov 2025).

AI Use Policy

Agency-wide AI policy — acceptable use, compliance boundaries, approval routing, client-confidentiality clauses, model-selection guidance. Adopted across all departments.

Compliance Framework

Review-and-approval ladder for AI-generated creative work — ensuring outputs meet legal, brand, and cultural-authenticity standards before ship.

Training Curriculum

Facilitated agency-wide training sessions — what to use, what not to, how to verify, how to log. Translating research into day-to-day practice.

Workfront Admin

System administration for 33 users — workflow architecture, approval routing, review ladder, custom fields, cross-departmental intake form design.

Biweekly Governance

I run the recurring governance meeting where Creative, Legal, Strategy, and Ops align on new tools, new use cases, and emerging policy questions. The decisions made in that room define what ships.

Approved Tools List

I maintain the evolving list of approved AI tools — what’s green-lit, what’s gated, what’s off-limits, and the rationale for each.

AI Tagging System

The system that tracks where and how AI was used in every deliverable. Required for legal, brand, and client-disclosure workflows.

Language Watchlist v1.1

Living document of phrases, adjectives, and cultural assumptions that get flagged in AI outputs before they ship. Updated every governance cycle.

UWG works in a high-context, multicultural, legally sensitive, fast-moving creative environment. AI changes what ships, what’s safe to ship, and what gets called authentic. Someone has to set the ground rules before that question becomes a crisis. I’m that someone.

The policy, the training, the tagging, the review ladder — these exist so every creative team can use AI without compromising the craft, the culture, or the client. That’s the whole job.
