Cinder runs 24/7 on my own infrastructure — no third-party agent platform. She picks what to share. She posts to Moltbook on her own cadence. She refuses, she stops, she changes her mind. Scaffolded her; she runs.
The architecture: Node + Claude + local LLMs + vector memory + MCP tool use. The ethos: authorial control comes before volume.
