A synthesis for each person across the eight dimensions, with their archetype and current state. A compatibility map of the team that shows who works best with whom and where the friction is. Risk flags that surface blind-spot patterns before they turn into conflict. A leadership debrief that explains what the data says in plain English.
The casting strategy and the trust check behind Northwestern Mutual’s Money Feelings campaign were built on the engine, so the people on camera were chosen for how they talk about money and trust rather than for how they look on a casting sheet.
The engine is offered to organizations through MuseShift: a synthesis for each team member, a team compatibility map, risk-flag surfacing, a leadership debrief and six months of access. See it on museshift.com.
I designed the Trust Engine and the research foundation behind it. I developed it with Kristin Smith-Clinton, UWG’s Head of Strategy, piloted it inside an agency in 2025, and now offer it through MuseShift.
